Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
With all labels and seals intact
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and body care products cannot be returned, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
